Overview

What You'll Own

• Revenue & commercial performance - you track daily targets, manage the booking pipeline, and drive performance across every service line
• Full venue operations - opening checks, daily schedule, capacity decisions, and brand standards every shift without exception
• Team leadership - you lead, coach, and develop the Early Childhood Educator, Receptionists, and Facility Attendants directly
• Customer experience - you set the tone, personally handle escalated complaints, and ensure every family leaves with a story worth sharing
• Corporate events & B2B sales - you identify, pitch, and close corporate event bookings, and build relationships that bring them back

• Who We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality, leisure, retail, F&B, or family entertainment
• Commercially minded - you understand that revenue is a direct reflection of your leadership
• Operationally disciplined - checklists, reports, and standards are second nature to you
• A natural communicator who can lead a morning huddle, close a corporate deal, and coach a team member - all before noon
• Someone who sees a problem and fixes it without being asked
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
