About This Role
- Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring a safe and functional environment.
- Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
