Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Management Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient facility management, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee overall facility operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
Manage vendor contracts and service providers
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Monitor facility budgets and control expenses
Handle emergency situations and ensure minimal disruption to operations
Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities
Requirements
Preferable bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in facility management
Valid UAE Four-Wheel Driving License is required
Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
