About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facility Management Accountant to join our team in Riyadh.

In this role, you will oversee the financial activities related to facility management operations, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and cost control.

You will collaborate with operations and finance teams to maintain financial integrity and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for facility management operations
  • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
  • Manage facility management accounting activities, including accruals, allocations, and chargebacks
  • Implement and maintain cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with operations teams to gather data and support financial analyses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP, and local regulatory requirements
  • Support external and internal audit processes by providing documentation and reconciliations
  • Assist in the development and automation of financial processes and reporting tools

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in facility management accounting or a similar accounting role
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of facility management accounting principles and cost control methodologies
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with local Saudi financial regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Arabic language proficiency
  • Experience working in a facility management or real estate services environment
