Facility Maintenance Manager
Role Overview
This position’s main functions are to manage maintenance associates, provide leadership and direction and perform maintenance activities as a Senior Maintenance Technician.
Area of responsibility includes all Lenexa and Pharr facilities.

Physical Demands
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to distinguish colors.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Work Environment
Frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts
Outdoor weather conditions
Risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
