Overview

• Actively assist in the tender processes, revise, and implement required changes promptly to achieve the set target dates.
• Assure quoted services are consistent with customer specifications, monitor and ensure bid format meet clients standards.
• Prepare estimated budget using company or customer approved process.
• Coordinate with procurement for requests for quotations from suppliers.
• Prepare timely proposals for customers
• Prepare benchmark data for different sector and services.
• Prepare pricing model for the business or modify the existing one.
• Develop a good understanding of the customer’s needs, products and vertical markets, evaluate Customer Request for Tender/Bid/Quotation documents.
• Prepare Calculation and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
• Investigate and propose the availability of options for current and new business objectives.
• Planning for future development in-line with strategic business objectives.
• Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes.
• Performing relevant task as requested by the management.
• Responsible for preparing the tender documents as per tender specifications at least 3 working days prior to the tender submission deadline.
• Highlight promptly to your direct manager of any risks/ violations that you have noted or identified.
• Comply with IMS Policy, IMS manual and related procedures.
• Maintenance of Integrated Management System (IMS)
