We are seeking for
Female Facility Engineers/Facility Managers/Asst. Facility Managers
for the role of
Sr. Executive
within our Organization who will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient execution of daily operational activities by coordinating teams, vendors, and workflows to achieve timely service delivery in line with SLAs and organizational standards.
The role focuses on monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Work Plan
- Plan and execute daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery in line with SLAs and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and service tasks.
- Monitor workflow execution to ensure adherence to schedules, processes, and quality standards.
- Support resource planning and allocation to meet operational requirements effectively.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators and ensure timely reporting of operational progress.
Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and service excellence.
- Ensure proper grooming, uniform, and professional appearance standards are followed.
- Workload Review
- Review manpower allocation regularly to match operational requirements.
- Ensure fair and balanced distribution of workload across teams.
- Identify manpower gaps and support adjustments when required.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with supervisors to manage staffing based on daily workload.
Operations
- Monitor daily operations to ensure services are delivered as per SLAs, KPIs, and company standards.
- Carry out routine inspections and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain service continuity.
Reporting
- Submit regular reports to the line manager on weekly and monthly operational performance.
