Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Facility Coordinator preferably Filipino Nationals
- to oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth coordination of Hard and Soft Services activities.
- The role requires strong site coordination skills, vendor management experience, and hands-on exposure to FM operations.
- The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Coordinate daily facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of Hard Services (MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) and Soft Services (Housekeeping, Security, Waste Management).
- Act as the primary site-level point of contact for managing FM activities and addressing service-related issues.
- Monitor planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance works, ensuring timely execution as per SLA.
- Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, and third-party vendors for maintenance and service delivery.
- Track work orders, service requests, and job closures using CAFM/FM systems.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure assets, equipment, and facilities are maintained to required standards.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Attend client/site meetings and provide regular updates on operational status and service performance.
- Maintain proper records, logs, reports, and documentation related to maintenance activities.
- Assist the Facility Manager in budgeting inputs, material tracking, and resource coordination.
- Support audits, inspections, and snags rectification activities.
- Handle minor administrative tasks related to facility operations when required.
