Basic Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of related facilities management experience or transferrable skills.
  • Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Technical Knowledge and Core Skills
  • Building systems knowledge: Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and fire suppression systems.
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with landlords, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to act decisively during facility emergencies, such as power outages or water leaks, to minimize business disruption.
  • Language skills: Second language fluency in Spanish is a plus.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across ICF teams and departments.

  • Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
  • The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
  • $98,187.00 - $166,919.00
  • Reston, VA (VA30)
