Facilities service delivery
- Deliver high-quality hard and soft FM services in compliance with the contract.
- Develop service strategies to add value, improve productivity, and increase cost effectiveness.
- Manage subcontractors effectively and maintain high standards of customer care.
Commercial and account management
- Exercise financial and commercial controls within agreed budgets to maximize profitability and identify cost savings.
- Prepare accurate operational budgets with the Finance Department and take responsibility for actual performance against budget.
- Manage the client account and pursue proactive business development by proposing added-value solutions.
People, safety and culture
- Manage health, safety, and fire safety, including accident and near-miss reporting and data maintenance.
- Promote the company vision and values among on-site staff.
- Manage and motivate on-site teams and stakeholders.
Experience and knowledge
- Full FM responsibility delivering a service contract on at least one iconic project in the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of a large or iconic FM contract.
- Hands-on experience with health, safety, and fire hazards in FM service contracts.
- Ability to manage white-collar and blue-collar staff and motivate on-site teams.
- Strong account management skills and experience managing key internal and external stakeholders.
