The Opportunity
A well-established, diversified Saudi Group with operations across construction, infrastructure, industrial services, heavy equipment, transportation, logistics and workforce accommodation seeks an experienced Facilities Manager.
The role plays a key part in transforming and strengthening integrated facilities and accommodation services.
The opportunity involves taking ownership of a complex operational environment, introducing smarter ways of working, building high-performing teams and developing a scalable, commercially driven Facilities Management function.
Operational Leadership & Service Excellence
- Lead integrated hard and soft FM services across industrial facilities, workforce accommodation, operational sites and associated infrastructure.
- Oversee maintenance, utilities, housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, building systems and specialist service providers.
- Ensure reliable, safe and consistent service delivery across multiple locations, including remote and operationally demanding environments.
Transformation & Performance Improvement
- Take an active role in strengthening and transforming the existing FM operating model.
- Introduce and improve SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, governance structures and performance reporting.
- Move operations from reactive problem-solving towards planned, preventive and data-driven service delivery.
- Support the implementation and effective use of CAFM/CMMS platforms, digital reporting and operational dashboards.
Commercial & Financial Management
- Manage operating budgets, cost efficiency, supplier contracts and service profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, asset reliability and resource utilisation without compromising service quality.
- Support new site mobilisation, contract delivery and future business expansion.
People Leadership & Customer Experience
- Build, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams across hard and soft services.
- Strengthen ownership, accountability, succession planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive improvements in client satisfaction, service responsiveness and operational standards.
- Champion HSE, fire/life safety, compliance and business continuity across all facilities.
What We're Looking For
- Saudi nationality is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in FM operational leadership.
- Proven experience managing integrated hard and soft FM services, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong exposure to industrial facilities, workforce accommodation, labour camps, construction/infrastructure projects or remote-site support services.
- Demonstrated success improving or transforming existing FM operations through stronger systems, processes, technology or performance management.
- Sound understanding of preventive maintenance, supplier governance, service contracts, budgets, KPIs and SLAs.
- Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary operational teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance operational quality with financial performance.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems and digital FM reporting is advantageous.
Why Consider This Opportunity
- Transformation ownership: help shape and improve how facilities and accommodation services are managed, measured and delivered.
- Operational diversity: work across industrial, construction, infrastructure and workforce accommodation environments rather than a single property portfolio.
- Leadership visibility: collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence operational improvements across the business.
- Long-term growth: join an expanding Group where successful performance can create opportunities for broader leadership responsibility.
- Real operational impact: see the results of your decisions through improved reliability, customer satisfaction, team performance and commercial outcomes.
