Operations & Maintenance
- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of facilities, ensuring uninterrupted services.
- Monitor the performance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
- Ensure planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules are implemented and completed effectively.
- Coordinate and supervise corrective and reactive maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirements and improvement opportunities.
Asset Management
- Maintain accurate records of facility assets and equipment.
- Monitor asset performance and recommend replacement or refurbishment strategies.
- Ensure proper lifecycle management of building assets.
Contractor & Vendor Management
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and service providers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Review maintenance reports, work orders, and service delivery performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding facility-related matters.
- Respond to client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare and present technical reports, maintenance updates, and performance metrics.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain maintenance records, asset registers, and compliance documentation.
- Utilize CAFM/CMMS systems for work order management and reporting.
