Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess their condition and identify maintenance needs, utilizing a systematic approach to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems, leveraging industry best practices to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.

Manage facility-related projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved efficiently.

Assist in the development of the annual budget for facility management, providing detailed forecasts and justifications for proposed expenditures to ensure financial accountability.
