Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Own a National Estate Take responsibility for facilities and maintenance operations across more than 700 retail locations and support offices, helping to deliver an exceptional environment for colleagues and customers.

Drive Operational Excellence Lead facilities strategy, contractor performance, compliance and maintenance programmes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead & Influence Manage and develop a dedicated facilities team, working closely with senior stakeholders, suppliers and operational teams across multiple business functions.

Previous Facilities & Maintenance experience, ideally within a retail environment

Strong contractor, supplier and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing budgets, expenditure and cost control initiatives

Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities

Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams

Strong understanding of facilities compliance, maintenance and operational best practice

Project management experience would be advantageous

Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland to visit stores.
