Design and optimise user journeys to support acquisition, conversion, and retention.
The role is hybrid and based in the High Street Kensington office in London.
What you’ll do
- Design, prototype, and validate optimised user journeys across multiple brands and markets.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and use insights for continuous improvement.
- Champion UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and analysts in Agile sprints.
- Maintain scalable UX frameworks and create responsive, accessible Figma prototypes.
- Apply localisation and usability principles; use AI-driven tools to accelerate research and ideation.
- Translate user insights into design decisions that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.
What you’ll need
- Strong portfolio showing commercially focused UX/UI design for e-commerce.
- Expertise in user-centred design methodologies and Figma.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Data-informed approach to design, balancing creativity with business impact.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
