Join Khidmah's Integrated Facilities Management Services Division in Saudi Arabia as a Facilities Management Engineer.
Direct facilities and engineering services alongside outsourced providers, maintaining safe environments and strong engineering management systems across properties.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee LV planned preventive, corrective, reactive, and electrical preventive maintenance; monitor HV assets, UPS, and generators.
- Troubleshoot major MEP systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, BMS, AHU, FAHU, FCU, firefighting networks, and chilled water loops.
- Operate and maintain BMS, access control, and intercom systems.
- Plan and review daily MEP operations, subcontractor work, and site inspections to meet SLAs and KPIs.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, incident and accident reports, technical evaluations, and quotations; track work orders, materials, and timelines in SAP.
- Coordinate preparation of risk assessments, method statements, risk management plans, and fire assessment plans with HSE.
- Follow safety, business continuity, and information security policies; provide shift flexibility and 24/7 emergency-callout standby.
What the employer is looking for
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 6–9 years of relevant facilities management experience, including installation, maintenance, and repair at large commercial, retail, or residential premises.
- Hands-on experience with CAFM systems, SAP, MS Office, and project management software.
- Comprehensive understanding of workplace health and safety regulations, permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and water treatment management.
- FM-related professional certifications are a strong plus.
