The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality front-desk and concierge support, maintaining a professional environment while managing general administrative tasks. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and a positive impression for everyone interacting with the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally welcome and greet all visitors, employees, clients, and guests.
- Manage and maintain the reception/front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and professional.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), Information Security, and Business Continuity policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional front-desk and concierge services.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient reception area.
- Work Type and Location
- This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent presence at the front desk to manage daily operations and visitor interactions.
