Facilities Coordinator (SP)

Responsabilidades
Conduzir a operação predial: manutenção, limpeza, utilidades e serviços de workplace para uma única unidade.
Gerenciar os fornecedores terceirizados de segurança (vigilância e CFTV) como ponto de contato responsável.
Gerenciar prestadores e fornecedores de serviços: apoio à seleção, agendamento, acesso à unidade, qualidade e acompanhamento.
Ser o dono dos contratos de fornecedores, SLAs (acordos de nível de serviço) e chamados; definir rotinas de escalação e conduzir os problemas até a resolução.
Liderar projetos de adequação e melhoria da unidade em parceria com a liderança local.
Estabelecer e manter as rotinas e a documentação de segurança do trabalho junto aos prestadores externos.
Construir o playbook (manual de processos) de facilities, incluindo processos, fornecedores e orçamentos, conforme a unidade escala.
Requisitos
4-8 anos em facilities, workplace ou gestão predial, com histórico comprovado de responsabilidade por uma unidade ou frente.
Experiência gerenciando fornecedores e prestadores terceirizados com autonomia.
Perfil organizado e mão na massa, confortável em ser o único dono de tudo que envolve o prédio.
Inglês em nível profissional (coordenação escrita e falada com times nos EUA).
Diferenciais
Experiência em unidades industriais, galpões ou ambientes mistos de escritório e operação.
Experiência abrindo ou montando uma nova unidade.
Familiaridade com as Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) de segurança do trabalho.
Remuneração
Salário base: R$ 7.000 a R$ 11.000 por mês
