The Facilities & Asset Management Consultant drives the integration of Facilities Management (FM) and Asset Management (AM)

across design, construction, and commissioning, ensuring assets are delivered with optimal operability, maintainability, and complete asset information to enable effective operational handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

They must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.

The role requires a delivery‑focused individual capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team setting.

The candidate should be able to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

They must also demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

This role is part of our +impact Advisory Team based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
