Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and professional **Facial Therapist** to join our team at Browns & Co Clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in advanced facial treatments and a good understanding of skincare protocols, while ensuring high standards of client care and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional **facial treatments** (deep cleansing, hydrafacial, skinpen/microneedling, etc.)
- Conduct thorough **skin consultations** and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain accurate **client records and treatment notes (EMR)**
- Ensure strict **hygiene, sterilization, and DHA compliance standards**
- Educate clients on **aftercare and skincare routines**
- Promote and recommend **retail skincare products**
- Work closely with doctors and team for **treatment plans**
Requirements
- Proven experience as a **Facial Therapist / Skin Therapist**
- Strong knowledge of **skincare treatments and products**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment
DHA Requirements (Mandatory)
- **Valid DHA License** as a Beauty Therapist / Aesthetic Therapist or DHA Eligibility Letter
- Familiarity with **DHA regulations and NABIDH compliance**
- Ability to maintain proper **patient documentation and EMR entries**
- Knowledge of **infection control and clinical hygiene standards**
