Job Title: Facial Therapist

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and professional Facial Therapist to join our team at Browns & Co Clinic in Jumeirah, Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in advanced facial treatments and a good understanding of skincare protocols, while ensuring high standards of client care and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional facial treatments (deep cleansing, hydrafacial, skinpen/microneedling, etc.)
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes (EMR)
• Ensure strict hygiene, sterilization, and DHA compliance standards
• Educate clients on aftercare and skincare routines
• Promote and recommend retail skincare products
• Work closely with doctors and team for treatment plans

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Facial Therapist / Skin Therapist
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

DHA Requirements (Mandatory):

• Valid DHA License as a Beauty Therapist / Aesthetic Therapist or DHA Eligibility Letter
• Familiarity with DHA regulations and NABIDH compliance
• Ability to maintain proper patient documentation and EMR entries
• Knowledge of infection control and clinical hygiene standards
