About This Role
Overview
- Create 3D models and shop drawings using
- SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- for façade and architectural metal works.
- Produce fabrication-ready and CNC-compatible drawings based on IFC/architectural designs.
- Design façade elements including cladding, brackets, handrails, louvers, pergolas, and steel connections.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, site, and factory teams to ensure design accuracy and execution feasibility.
- Attend client/coordination meetings and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Resolve site issues and update drawings based on RFIs, site conditions, and coordination with other trades.
- Ensure proper documentation, revisions, approvals, and deliver as-built drawings.
Requirements
- **Must be available in UAE**
- **Available to join immediately**
- 3+ years’ experience in façade systems, architectural metal works, or steel fabrication.
- Proficient in
- SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- (SolidWorks preferred).
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, metal fabrication, and GCC standards.
- Ability to produce fabrication and installation drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.
