The F&I Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Finance and Insurance operations within the showroom, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
This role involves managing the F&I team, driving profitability through effective sales of finance and insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The Team Leader will act as a liaison between the sales department and financial institutions, ensuring smooth transaction processing and customer satisfaction.
***Key Responsibilities:***
***Leadership & Team Management:***
- Supervise and guide the F&I team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions on finance and insurance products, compliance, and sales techniques.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- ***Sales & Profitability:***
- Develop strategies to maximize penetration of finance and insurance products.
- Review and approve all finance and insurance deals before submission.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of all transactions.
***Compliance & Risk Management:***
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all F&I transactions.
- ***Customer Service:***
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and transparent process for customers purchasing finance and insurance products.
- ***Reporting & Analysis:***
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
- Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to F&I offerings.
