Responsibilities
- Perform general Sales & Marketing office duties, including filing, email, typing, faxing, and copying.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, banquet event orders, and other sales documents; assemble brochures and promotional information packages.
- Promote brand awareness and use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales-process information, including commissions, leads, and third parties.
- Answer guest questions about property facilities and services, rates, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and events.
- Serve as a client contact and respond to questions and requests by phone and email.
- Follow company policies and quality standards; maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protection of company assets.
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, communicate professionally, and support team goals.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors; handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience; no license or certification specified.
