The Role

We are currently looking for a confident and motivated
F&B Supervisor
to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain high service standards and ensure attention to detail at all times
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with team training, scheduling, and operational coordination
- Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Support the management team during busy operations and high-volume service periods
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
- What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude with a hands-on and team-oriented approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
