About the Role
Plaza Inn Hotel is looking for a dedicated and experienced F&B Service Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage outlets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining service standards, supervising team members, and ensuring guests receive a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within the Food & Beverage service areas.
- Guide and support service staff during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond appropriately to service-related concerns.
- Assist with staff training and ongoing performance development.
- Coordinate service activities with kitchen and other operational departments.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Support roster planning and manpower allocation based on operational needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service readiness of all F&B outlets.
- Assist in controlling operating supplies and reporting inventory requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate service updates to management.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and guest relations abilities.
- Understanding of restaurant and hotel service procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
