The F&B Service Expert (Captain) supports food and beverage service and helps create a memorable guest dining experience.
The role is full-time, non-management, and not remote.
Responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies.
- Read and visually verify menu information; follow company procedures and quality standards and help maintain a safe workplace.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Physical and professional requirements
- The role involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience preferred; no supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
