A leading F&B company in Riyadh is hiring an experienced F&B Cost Controller to join its growing team.
If you have a strong background in food & beverage or catering cost control, inventory management, menu costing, and financial analysis, this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all F&B cost control activities
- Prepare menu costing and profitability analysis
- Track inventory, stock variances, and waste control
- Prepare accurate financial and cost reports
- Ensure proper reconciliation and reporting processes
- Support budgeting and operational efficiency initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Cost Control
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage, Catering, Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, or Food Production is required
- Strong experience in:
- Menu Costing, Inventory Management, Cost Control, Production Planning, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Supply Chain processes
- Proficiency in ERP Systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Accounting & Finance principles
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
