Role overview

Service and team responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant service and ensure operations follow service standards.
• Lead and support F&B attendants, allocate duties, and maintain service expectations.
• Welcome guests, coordinate tables and reservations, and maintain efficient service flow.
• Ensure food and beverages meet accuracy, promptness, presentation, and quality standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and assist with dietary needs, allergies, and special requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve feedback or concerns.
• Lead pre-service briefings and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments.
• Maintain clean, organised, well-equipped service areas and monitor operational supplies.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety compliance.
• Support upselling, staff training, coaching, shift performance, opening and closing, cash handling, billing, and shift reporting.

What we need from you

• Previous experience in a similar F&B Captain, Senior F&B Attendant, or supervisory role; luxury hotel or upscale restaurant experience is preferred.
• Strong restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and guest relations knowledge.
• Mediterranean cuisine knowledge and ability to explain menu items is an advantage.
• Ability to guide and motivate a team; strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organisational, and detail skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards; ability to remain composed under pressure and manage priorities.
• English proficiency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility for rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays; professional grooming and a positive, responsible attitude.
