Role Overview
The nursery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to create a stimulating learning environment and support children's developmental needs in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons following the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress to meet individual learning needs.
- Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain classroom organization, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training.
Requirements
- Minimum CACHE Level 3 or a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Fluent English is required, while multilingual skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience as an EYFS teacher or in an early-years setting is required.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development is required.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills are required.
- The teacher should be passionate, patient, and creative when engaging young learners.
- The teacher must be able to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Compensation
- Pay starts from AED 6,000 per month.
