Luxury Beauty Salon | Qatar We are seeking a skilled and professional Eyelash Technician to join our luxury beauty salon in Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in eyelash extensions and lash treatments, with a strong focus on quality, hygiene, client care, and premium service standards. This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, well-groomed, and passionate about beauty and guest satisfaction, because apparently perfect lashes now require both artistry and emotional intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lashes.
• Provide lash lifting, tinting, removal, and aftercare advice.
• Consult clients professionally and recommend suitable lash styles based on eye shape and preference.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times.
• Ensure tools, products, and treatment areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Deliver a luxury client experience with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Build positive client relationships and support client retention.
• Follow salon standards, service procedures, and product guidelines.
• Support the team with daily salon operations when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Eyelash Technician is required.
• Knowledge of different lash techniques and current beauty trends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver neat, high-quality work.
• Professional appearance, polite communication, and excellent client service skills.
• Ability to work in a luxury salon environment.
• Certification in eyelash services is preferred.
• Experience in GCC or luxury beauty salons is an advantage.
