Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Eyelash Technician, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Eyelash Technician will perform eyelash extension applications, refills, and removals, as well as lash lifts and tinting, ensuring top-tier results for clients in accordance with industry standards.
The role entails consulting with clients to determine their desired outcomes, maintaining the highest level of hygiene and safety during treatments, and educating clients on aftercare practices for optimal results.
The individual will also contribute to creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere to ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and tinting techniques
- Skilled in maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Strong knowledge of client consultation and aftercare advisory practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver precision work
- Effective communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in a similar role in the beauty or aesthetics industry preferred
- Certification or accreditation in eyelash extension or beauty therapy; DHA license is a plus
