Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Compliance Specialist with strong experience in internal audits, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and control testing. The ideal candidate should have experience handling end-to-end audit engagements, evaluating internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal and compliance audits across various business functions.
• Perform audit planning, walkthroughs, control testing, validation, and reporting.
• Assess internal controls and identify control gaps, risks, and compliance issues.
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for process improvements.
• Build and maintain Risk Registers and Risk Control Matrices (RCMs).
• Conduct regulatory compliance reviews and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and department heads for audit discussions and closure of audit findings.
• Perform financial and operational risk assessments.
• Support first and second line of defence risk management activities.
• Analyze data and prepare audit documentation with high accuracy.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions and process improvement initiatives.
• Work on multiple audit engagements while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within audit functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk, or Assurance roles.
• Experience working with Big 4 firms or multinational organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with IFRS, audit methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
