Role Purpose

The Business Continuity Manager is responsible for establishing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the organization’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework to ensure operational resilience against disruptions.

The role ensures that critical business functions can continue or be recovered within acceptable timeframes, minimizing financial, operational, and reputational impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BCM framework aligned with ISO 22301 and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and define RTOs and RPOs.
• Conduct risk assessments covering cyber, operational, and third-party disruptions.
• Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) with IT teams.
• Design and execute BCM testing and simulation exercises.
• Support crisis management and incident response.
• Deliver training and awareness programs across the organization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain BCM documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, IT, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in BCM or operational resilience.
