The Opportunity
Universal Store is inviting expressions of interest from passionate, customer focused individuals who are interested in joining our store team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.
- Build strong relationships with customers and develop a loyal client base.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance.
- Support day-to-day store operations, from stock room to shop floor.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Work collaboratively as part of a positive and high-performing team.
Skills and Experience
- Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or customer-focused environments.
- Strong passion for customer service and sales.
- Warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with customers.
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable to change.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond.
