Opportunity

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable across multiple brands and business entities; process supplier invoices and employee expense claims.
• Reconcile invoices and statements, investigate discrepancies, and respond to supplier and stakeholder enquiries.
• Prepare and process creditor payment runs and support month-end accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain financial records and follow internal controls and approval processes.
• Improve accounts payable processes, collaborate across Finance, Operations, and Support Office teams, and provide broader Finance administration support.

About you

• Previous accounts payable, finance administration, or similar experience and a strong understanding of AP processes, reconciliations, and payment practices.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in high-volume processing environments.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using financial systems.
• A collaborative, professional, accountable approach; NetSuite or similar ERP experience is highly regarded.
