Export Sales Manager - Home Appliances ( Russian Speaking)

Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager in our home appliances and consumer Electronics Export Business, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the international market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the home appliances and consumer electronics industry, and a proven track record of successful sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis:

· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets and trends in the home appliances industry for export.

· Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.

2. Sales Strategy Development:

· Formulate and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve export targets.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and materials tailored to international markets.

3. Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and retailers.

· Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Team Leadership:

· Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on achieving export sales objectives.

· Motivate and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

5. Negotiation and Deal Closure:

· Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.

· Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and payment terms.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

· Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

7. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

· Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and efficient financial transactions.
