About The Role
We are seeking an
Wayfinding Designer
- to provide strong and reliable support to our team in Dubai, UAE.
- In this mid-level role, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with design leads and other design team members in delivery of packages.
- This position offers a unique opportunity for broad design skills and collaboration in some of the world’s most intricate and large-scale wayfinding projects.

- Some of the activities and skills required include:
- Demonstrated experience in developing wayfinding strategies, and user-centred navigation systems for complex-built environments.
- Strong understanding of experience-led design, narrative development, and storytelling to communicate compelling concepts and design intent.
- Ability to develop innovative concepts and wayfinding solutions that respond to functional, operational, aesthetic, and commercial project objectives.
- Strong conceptual thinking, visualization, and communication skills, with the ability to sketch, illustrate, and render ideas throughout the design process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Understanding of human behaviour, environmental psychology, and user journey mapping, with the ability to translate insights into meaningful design solutions.
- Experience delivering wayfinding and experiential design for large-scale projects across sectors such as cities and masterplans, retail, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.
- Working knowledge of signage systems, including materials, fabrication methods, lighting integration, fixing details, accessibility requirements, and technical coordination.
- Highly skilled in the design and development of signage systems, including detailed documentation and artwork preparation using Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to develop 2D and 3D design concepts, technical drawings, and presentation models using industry-standard design software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and other relevant 2D and 3D modelling software.
- General understanding of architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, and interior design, with the ability to coordinate effectively across disciplines.
- Strong capabilities in both graphic communication and physical product design, with an understanding of how information, objects, and environments work together to shape user experience.
