About The Role
We are searching for an exceptional
Project Engineer
to join our Dubai, UAE studio, supporting our diverse client base in urban, retail, healthcare and hospitality projects.
Our core focus is Wayfinding, Public Art and Customer Experience while our clients range from leading architectural and interior firms to global real estate developers.
Our excellence in innovation and service quality over the past 18 years has earned the trust of some of the best-known clients.

You’ll use your attention to detail, proactive approach, and exceptional communication to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure projects comply with design specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
- Perform contractor and factory inspections and respond to client and contractor RFIs.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and product samples for quality and compliance with approved messaging and design.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including drawings, Bidders Instructions, and Specifications.
- Monitor and enforce QA/QC measures during site surveys and installation phases.
- Maintain detailed project records, including site photos and reports, and communicate progress updates to clients.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues while preparing detailed progress reports for the Head of Projects.
- Track project hours to support accurate accounting and billing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A valid UAE driving license and a willingness to travel.
- Minimum of 3 years in construction or site engineering roles.
- Experience in Wayfinding and Signage is a plus.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Project management expertise and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in analyzing technical drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and contractors.
