Role overview

Compensation

• Salary is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
• The position is target-driven and includes monthly sales and registration targets.

Schedule

• The schedule is six working days per week with one day off.
• Working hours are 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• The role may require communication with customers outside standard working times.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert enquiries and leads into course registrations.
• Explain course details, fees, schedules, payment plans, and institute policies.
• Manage student registration and admissions processes.
• Coordinate with students and trainers to support smooth course delivery.
• Follow up on pending or balance payments and maintain accurate records.
• Handle student queries, provide customer service, and support institute operations when required.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective students.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience in education or training sales, telesales, admissions, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and customer relationship skills are required.
• Applicants must be confident, persuasive, target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp and basic Microsoft Office is required.
• A valid own or sponsored UAE visa is required.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Workplace

• The work location is Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• The position is performed in person.
