Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
• Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Convert leads into admissions through follow-up and counseling.
• Build and maintain relationships with students and clients.
• Coordinate and schedule classes with trainers.
• Manage student records and administrative tasks.
• Respond professionally to customer queries and provide course information.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Experience in admissions or educational sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Must have own or sponsored visa.
