Key Responsibilities

• Manage property inquiries and conduct professional viewings with qualified clients
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Deliver tailored property presentations and investment consultations
• Advise clients on pricing strategies, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with precision and professionalism
• Evaluate resale properties and guide owners on market positioning
• Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with expertise, integrity, and exceptional customer service

Requirements

• **Proven experience** in real estate sales, brokerage, or investment advisory
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing high‑value deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
• Professional appearance and strong business acumen
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is preferred
