We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and results‑driven **Real Estate Negotiator** to manage client discussions, secure favorable terms, and close high‑value property transactions across Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Manage property inquiries and conduct professional viewings
- Present off‑plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Prepare and negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties
- Support clients through reservation, SPA signing, and closing processes
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales procedures
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism, confidence, and strong market knowledge
Requirements
- Proven experience in **real estate negotiations**, sales, brokerage, or client‑facing roles
- Strong persuasion, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and complex transactions simultaneously
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
