We provide customers with a complete range of optical products, including:
• Prescription Optical Frames
- Sunglasses
- Ophthalmic Lenses
- Contact Lenses
- Our goal is to deliver professional optical solutions together with outstanding customer service.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Optical Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting eyewear products, provide product recommendations, support prescription eyewear sales, and deliver a high level of customer service in a professional optical retail environment.
Candidates with previous optical retail experience and strong product knowledge will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting prescription frames, sunglasses, lenses, and contact lenses.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable optical products.
- Explain lens options, coatings, features, and benefits to customers.
- Support prescription eyewear sales and optical dispensing activities.
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stock handling and inventory management when required.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Optician qualification or optical-related certificate from a recognized institute, college, or university.
- Minimum **2 years** of optical retail sales experience in the **UAE**,
OR
- Minimum **4 years** of optical retail or optical shop experience outside the UAE.
- Experience selling prescription frames, sunglasses, ophthalmic lenses, and contact lenses.
- Good understanding of optical products and customer needs.
- Strong English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an optical retail chain.
- Experience in UAE optical retail environments.
- Familiarity with lens recommendations and prescription eyewear dispensing.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
