Key Responsibilities

• General typist for Visa, Document Clearing and Corporate Services
• **Preparing and processing visa applications**: Typing and processing applications via Government Portals like MOHRE & ICP.
• **Handling various documents**: Typing for employee ID, entry permits, medical examinations, Visa stamping, job contracts & Issuing New Licences
• **Maintaining accurate records**: Coordinating with clients for required documents and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. **1**
• **Ensuring compliance**: Knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures is essential for accurate document processing. **1**
• **Communication**: Good communication skills, particularly in English, are important for liaising with clients and processing documents. **1**
• These functions are crucial for the smooth operation of visa and document clearing services, ensuring that all government-related documentation is handled efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Typing or Corporate Services.
• Knowledge of UAE company formation and visa processes preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must READE, SPEAK and WRITE MULTI-LANGUAGES Specially (French,English,Arabic)
• Preferred Profile: GENDER FEMALE & MUST HAVE THE SKILLS MENTIONED
