Overview

**Experience Level:** Mid-Senior Level (Proven track record required)

About The Role

We are looking for a sharp, results-driven, and highly experienced **Commercial & Warehouse Real Estate Broker** to join our team.

If you are a seasoned broker who knows the Dubai commercial market inside out, specializes in warehouses, plots, and commercial spaces, and can **prove your past success with a solid track record**, we want to talk to you.

*Please note: This position is strictly for experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Deal Execution:** Source, negotiate, and close high-value commercial and warehouse leasing/sales transactions across Dubai’s key industrial and commercial zones.
  • **Lead Generation & Sourcing:** Actively find and secure new commercial property listings and corporate clients.
  • **Portfolio Management:** Bring, build, and maintain a strong portfolio of landlords, investors, and corporate tenants.
  • **CRM Discipline:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property data within our CRM system to maximize pipeline efficiency.
  • **Market Expertise:** Provide expert advisory to corporate clients on ROI, lease structures, and market trends.

Requirements (Strict Criteria)

  • **Experience:** Minimum 2–5 years of active experience specifically in **Dubai Commercial Real Estate** (Warehouses, Industrial, Commercial buildings).
  • **Proven Track Record:** Ability to demonstrate/prove your past transaction history and closed deals during the interview process.
  • **Network:** An existing, strong portfolio of commercial properties or corporate clients in Dubai is highly preferred.
  • **Skills:** Exceptional negotiation, cold-calling, and lead-generation skills.
  • **CRM Proficiency:** Advanced experience in managing pipelines through standard real estate CRM platforms.
  • **Mobility:** Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and own a car.
  • **Language:** Fluent in English (Additional languages are a plus).
