We are a dynamic and growing real estate agency in Dubai, looking for a talented, driven, and fluent **Arabic Speaking Real Estate Broker** to join our team.
If you have a proven track record in the Dubai property market, a passion for high-value deals, and are ready to represent our brand both locally and internationally, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and build a strong portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
- Guide international and local clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and off-plan projects.
- Participate in international roadshows and business travel to represent the company and close cross-border deals.
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Experience:** Strictly minimum **2 years of active experience** as a Real Estate Broker in the Dubai market.
- **Language:** Native or professional fluency in **Arabic** and excellent communication skills in English.
- **Travel:** Must be fully open and available for **international business travel**.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
