SCHEDULE
- M-F 8-5PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays) On-call 1x every 4 weeks
- POSITION DETAILS: In this position, you will float between our 7 properties maintenance teams and assist when and where needed. A strong background in HVAC is required to be considered for this position. The right fit should be personable and a team player, ready for whatever comes there way.

What We Want to Give You
$26-29 an hour full-time year-round work and pay (bi-weekly)
Quarterly bonus, up to $750.00
On-Call Bonus, $100. If on-call on a holiday=$50 for that day

What You'll Be Doing
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
Snow removal (when applicable)
Pool maintenance (where applicable)
Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)
The Experience We Like To See
2+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent
6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Basic knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
Basic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
Required experience in HVAC with EPA certification and/or boiler system knowledge, air conditioning repair knowledge is necessary
Pool experience with CPO certification preferred
Some knowledge of water heaters both electric and gas
Problem solving skills
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Have basic safety training or be willing to go through basic training within 30/days
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. You will be required to complete a background check and drug screen for this role.
