What we need from you:

Valid EPA / HVAC certification and demonstrated HVAC experience (including installs/ repairs)

Valid pool certification (Preferred)

1+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent

Some experience in apartment maintenance

Some experience managing and/or executing capital projects

Must be able to climb ladders, 6’ to 32’

Must have basic safety knowledge and ability to apply principles to work (basic training will be provided within 30 days of hire if needed)

General understanding and ability to complete the following: Dry walling, including painting and carpentry Plumbing, sweating copper pipe Electrical including outlets, switches, and light fixtures HVAC and/or boiler systems Water heaters, both electric and gas Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and garbage disposal
