Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 5+ years of professional experience in curriculum development and training/facilitation. Minimum of 2+ years of health-care experience. Master’s degree preferred. CAPABILITIES REQUIRED: Skilled in promoting cultural diversity. Extensive knowledge of Motivational Interviewing concepts. Role model for Mayo Clinic values of quality, service, safety, and outcomes, Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, Strong conceptual and analytical skills, Ability to build partnerships within teams and across departments, Knowledge of patient communication models, coaching models and adult learning theories and learning principles. Extensive consulting skills. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Former clinical experience preferred. None.
